Dr. Sanjima Sanjeev graduated with honours from the University of Toronto in 2020 after completing the International Dentist Advanced Placement Program, followed by the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) program. She completed her 4-year Bachelor of Dentistry program and a 1-year residency in Amrita School of Dentistry, Kerala, India, 2013, during which she won the "best essay award in orthodontics" at the national level. Subsequently, she worked as a general dentist in India for three years, gaining a wide range of experience in dentistry and treating different categories of patients. She is fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil (essential). Dr. Sanjeev immigrated to Canada with her husband in July 2016. She got accepted into the IDAAP program of the University of Toronto in 2018 after fulfilling the National Dental Examination Board (NDEB) Canada requirements. She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, Indian Dental Association and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. As a person, Dr. Sanjeev is very passionate about her profession, compassionate about patient concerns and strives hard for the wellbeing and satisfaction of her patients. She enjoys all aspects of General Dentistry and continually expands her dental knowledge by attending regular CE courses, learning new skills she implements in her practice. Dr. Sanjeev resides in Burlington with her family. During her leisure time, she enjoys travelling and hiking. She is also a self-taught artist and enjoys painting, sketching and sculpting.
